Battery Dance will conduct a series of Dancing to Connect workshops at Curtis High School in Staten Island. Students will explore jazz and theatre choreography and create their own dance to be performed in the schoolwide spring performance.
500 students will be impacted by this program. Students will be the end of the residency, students will demonstrate the dances they learned during an in-school showing for family and fellow students in May.
